The most unfortunate person in the world

I am beginning to feel that i am the most unfortunate person in the world.

Nothing I do these days seem to go right.....

First of all the superstar that i wanted didn't even go into the grand finals (okay i hear the 'boos' and the sighs. I think i should give it a rest)

Secondly, my notebook application didn't go smoothly. I entered my guarantor's birthdate wrongly causing my application to be rejected and I had to correct it. In the end as I see people happily lugging home their new equipment i was still holding on to the errorised application forms. Sigh

Third, my debit card application didn't go correctly. They send the letter over saying my account is still thumbprint operated asking me to change first. Till now i am still waiting for the stupid debit card to come. Oh by the way, it is the visa mini one.

Finally came the last straw to let me draw the conclusion. I was doing my first organic chem experiment practical the other day...I was faster than a lot of people. I was accurate in my execution of procedures. I got the yield that I wanted. I was feeling so confident of myself and was proud that all though it has been 2 years since i last did pract i managed extremely well.

Then... it happened. As i was taking my crystals to dry under the UV lamp, I walked by a wretched fan which was blowing very strongly. My crystals were all on the filter paper and then the fan blew most of it onto the group. At that point of time i really felt my eyes widened and my heart sank like stones. I was not sure if a large contorted sound escaped me. Something that sounds like a sharp 'OH'

At that point i had to try and salvage my crystals. So as i squatted that, picking up my crystals, I felt people staring and secretly laughing at me behind my sad drooping back. If there was a 'most unfortunate person in the world contest', I would do top honours. I wouldn't say i would win it because GEKL and WL will say there are more unfortunate people than me.(Basu, stop laughing) But i will do top honours.

God was definitely in His Heaven when I was doing my experiment. He does it whenever I did something important. Sigh!
