Happy New Year
Decided to do away with the 'happy 牛 year' thing that everyone is doing..... Just replaced it with the normal 'happy new year' on my post title....
The super-number 1 question that comes into my mind everytime this cheesy phrase appears somewhere is 'Who the hell invented this?'
And the number 1 question that comes into my mind 2.5 seconds right after the super-number 1 question is 'Did anybody do it 12 years ago?'
Then the number 2 question is 'Why did we take so long to think of this super cheesy phrase?'
Then the third question is 'If it is recycled, then why the hell we didnt of a better one for this OX year?'
But actually I don't exactly see what is going to be so happy about this year...... Like what 1000 other world analysts or experts said, this is going to be a year for battle of wills and test of patience......
The other day was reading this fortune-telling book that predict our fortunes for the year of ox. It is said that the rats are going to have a good year...... And I saw something similar in a TV program as well.... 平步青云.......
Yeah, its time my fortunes improved...... The last few years wasn't exactly smooth sailing for me...... Its high time the rats turned for the better.......
And my belief comes from my feeling..... I can feel it..... The surge of good times ahead of me....
Every year I could feel if I am going to have a good year ahead or not..... And this year, I can really feel the tides turning strongly.....
Hopefully, my intuition is right.....
Havent't been updating my blog much... Either too busy or too lazy...... But when I try, I have no inspiration at all.....
Maybe my life is just getting boring.....
But new year is becoming quite fun...... I think as your friends increase in number, your activities increase during new year as well....... When I was young I just stayed at my aunt's house and go whenever my parents went.... Super bored cause there was nothing much to do.... Now I have so many friends' house to visit..... I literally have no time......
Anyway Valentine's Day is coming soon again..... To me, its a rubbish day.... Maybe just in Singapore it is..... Or any other place where it has become so commercialized that it becomes rubbish....
But who cares..... Not as if I have a Valentine to celebrate with......
