Very busy lately. No time to update........

My students having O levels so busy with marking their practice papers.....

I must say its never ending marking

Why am I complaining like a teacher even though I am still not one?

Really! Its never ending marking....

If not marking, then I am busy at the Brainforest of Clementi, isolating serum proteins and transforming zebrafish embryos.... And of course struggling with my laboratory reports....

Example of bad experimental technique:

Ka-na-sai. After spending six hours in Biochemistry Lab, the proteins never separate properly. What the fuck?

After doing all these, Youth Incubator lessons and work takes up the rest of my time........

By the end of next june, I would have completed four shows!

Four? Okay, I am not going to have time next year either......

The most exciting?

House of Sin - Working with Li Xie again together with a galaxy of theatre stars again..... EVERYBODY must come and watch!

Arts Fest - What I cannot go Shanghai and do I do in Singapore. Is it a sub-urb? No its another country! Cheers

Okay, enough of all these work related stuff....

Wanted to upload some photos but stupid blogspot got some error things....

Will be watching a film by local director Ekachai Uekrongtham (artistic director of Action Theatre) called 'Pleasure Factory' R21. Its a film about our geylang red-light industry and stars Loo Zihan, Yang Kuei Mei (Ang Lee's 'Eat Woman Drink Man' and Tsai Ming Liang's 'The Hole') Although it receive terrible reviews, I think i will still go support because it is a local film.

Its interesting to note that Loo Zihan (NTU Student) made news (WANBAO Front Page) because he went nude and had masturbation scenes in the film, which once again was cut by our lovely censors

What I wanted to see is not the controversy but how a theatre person translate onto the silver screen....

Anyway if you are interested, wait for my reviews.
