The Adventures of Arcade-Man (and his sidekick DaeGekLeng)
Today quite happy. Laugh and laugh like crazy
First of all, at dinner I promoted my very good friend to Grade 3 officer and granted him access to court sessions. In front of his name I added the word 'big' (dae in korean and 大 in chinese) to signify he is very high ranking.
Now he is known as DaeGekLeng. Or 大欲能. Haha
He deserved it because he can complete 'Time Crisis 2' with two credits
So you can guess what the rest of the entry is about.
Went to play arcade once again with GEKL because Timezone was renovated at Northpoint.
At first played games like time crisis and daytona. Later we were quite bored and so we played those games that have tickets. The tickets can be exchanged for pencils and teddy bears.
we played a super hard game Basketball shooting. We couldnt get 90% of the balls in because we were lousy shooters. Took turns to laugh at each other because really lousy.
Then we switched to Basketball shooting for small children. In order to try to get more tickets, we play cheat as the machine is for small children so we go next to the hoop and shoot.
After that we go play throw plastic balls through a hole. Again we stand next to the hole and shoot.
So you can imagine: Many small children stand around and see two desperate young adults (not to mention we are teachers to be) play cheat at games.
Really funny.
In fact very long time never so enjoy already. Finally can put down work and stress and bitterness to have a bit of happiness.
You all might think we are childish or boliao.
Yeah we are boliao.
But when you work for very long in routine stuff and being confined by your job, it is really precious to be able to break out of these shackles and just go for it.
Try being a teacher and having to be sensible logical and proper from time to time.
No bad words, no crazy antics, no stupid jokes.
This is not the life of a budding unique artist. Haha
Arcade Land is to me a land of bliss. Simple bliss.
