For those who dun noe who Melvyn is, he is the Singaporean world renowned pianist..... who skipped NS of course. (Snigger snigger snigger)
He skipped NS never mind, the cheebye thing is that he got away with a fine of $5000 which was (quote some famous person) peanuts. (Opps see lah see lah force me to use profanities)
I was thinking so many 'whiny s'pore boys' (Quote A*Star Chairman) already slam MT on their blogs liao, why should i join in? Slam here slam there you all think world wrestling federation arh?
I dun slam him but that doesn't mean i dun take an educated swipe at him - Okae abit about him.
Running away from a responsibility to pursue his own dreams (music) is selfish. Really selfish. Not the type that sleep in the seawater mimi, that one is shellfish.
In S'pore which young man dun have dreams to pursue? Who dont have things to do? But no matter what happens or how reluctant, we eventually carry our responsibility to do NS like real men, even though we kaopei alot in the bunks of BMT and Sispec.
We ensure that our people are safe and sound, but while we were ensuring the safety and soundness of his parents as well, he was out there, pursing his dream, escaping his responsibilities as a Sporean Boy. Coward

If Mr Phillip Yeo thinks that Sporean NS ready Boys are weak then I think he has not seen MT. Mr Yeo open your eyes and see, this is the one who makes the rest of us look like heroes. (Not from the movie lah john, watch too much zhang yimou liao lah)
I guess that is why we are all so angry. We all turn into Hulk Hogan and slam him left right centre. If in the army we got one word to describe MT and that is Hum Chee. This is not a bad word. Please lah mary every hokkien word is bad word meh?
And for his hum chee actions he got away with a fine that he doesnt even remember, just like how I forgot how much i paid for the packet of mee rubus i am eating now. The fire i think burn even bigger.
Maybe next time when i have a son i sent him go Sarawak den no need to do NS liao. But hopefully he wont agree becoz I will one tight slap let him go die.
